International center of excellence in water resource management provides a scholarship program to attract high-quality education of international students and management training, water resources, Jigou partners to provide the ice temperature.
Ice temperature scholarship program aims to:
1. To provide students a better understanding of high quality learning opportunities and partners of the ice temperature. 2. Student research opportunities to participate in and promote scientific knowledge of water resources management 3. To encourage the exchange of best practice advice on water related fields. 4. Provide students the opportunity to participate in five seminars, conferences, seminars and forums in contemporary water resource management issues.
